This notice explains how STAK (“we”) handles the personal data you provide on trystak.co, including the sign-up and contact forms. It does not cover data processed inside a STAK workspace once it is created; the service terms and policy shown at activation apply to that.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, business name and type, country and city, number of branches, phone number, email address, the apps you are interested in and your message.
• Limited technical information that comes with the request: the page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign tags (UTM), your browser type and approximate country. To prevent abuse we keep a hashed fingerprint of your IP address that changes daily; we do not store the address itself.

Why we use it

• To set up your STAK workspace, contact you about it and send your sign-in link.
• To answer your enquiry.
• To understand how our campaigns perform in aggregate, and to protect our forms from abuse.

We rely on the consent you give when you submit a form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their marketing. Form data is hosted with our provider, Cloudflare, acting as a processor on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-up details until your workspace is created, or for up to 24 months if it isn’t, and then delete them. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, through our contact page or at hello@trystak.co.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We only remember your language choice, and your browser may keep a draft of the sign-up form on your device to help you finish it.
