Is STAK really free?
Yes. Any one app — with the tools it depends on — is free forever for one branch, with unlimited users. Upgrade only when you want more apps or branches.
Do you charge per user?
Never. Every plan is priced per business or per branch, so you can add your whole team without the price moving.
Is STAK only for businesses in Kuwait?
STAK is built in Kuwait for the Gulf, and businesses anywhere are welcome. Payment methods, messaging and local services depend on your country and the providers you connect.
Does STAK hold my money?
No. You connect your own payment account and settlement bank, so your money goes straight to you. The same goes for your WhatsApp number and delivery accounts: they stay in your name.
Does it work in Arabic?
Arabic comes first, with a proper right-to-left layout — and English is one tap away. Shared staff screens also run in Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Bengali, Tagalog and Nepali.
What devices do I need?
STAK runs in a web browser on tablets, laptops and desktops. Standard barcode scanners work straight away, and receipts come out as a PDF or a printer file.
Can I bring my existing items?
Yes. Import up to 500 items at a time from an Excel sheet, and fix any errors before saving.
What happens after I sign up?
You reserve your free workspace. We set it up and send your sign-in link to your phone or email as soon as it is ready.
Is my data safe?
